Purpose

The objective of this group is to promote the welfare, growth and education of all students in the West Branch Community Schools, with a primary focus on students at Hoover Elementary.

This group shall sponsor projects and events for the benefit of students and teachers of West Branch Community Schools.

This group shall support and supplement classroom activities and needs.

Membership

Any parent, guardian or other adult standing in loco parentis for a student at the school may be a member and shall have voting rights. The principal and any teacher or staff member employed at the school may be a member and have voting rights.
